COATING QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Garage coatings start at $5.50 per square foot. Our Signature full-flake system typically costs $6.00–$7.50 per square foot, with most standard two-car garages approximately $2,500–$3,500. Slab condition, repairs, moisture, access, square footage, and system choice affect your final quote.
A full-flake system uses decorative flakes broadcast across the coated surface, rather than a light sprinkle of chips. A topcoat finishes the system. Choose your blend from physical samples and review the proposed layers, preparation, and texture in your written quote.
Yes. Our primary service area is Albuquerque and nearby communities, with project requests also accepted in Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Española. Send your ZIP code, approximate floor size, and photos so we can confirm project access, travel considerations, and scheduling.
Often, yes, after assessment and appropriate preparation. Send close-up photos of cracks, stains, or peeling paint before making repairs yourself. Active slab movement, structural damage, moisture, or a poorly bonded old finish may require additional work or a different recommendation.
Remove loose dirt first, then use the cleaner, dilution, tools, and rinse method approved for your installed topcoat. Follow its cure instructions before wet cleaning. Ask before using pressure, heat, abrasive equipment, or stronger chemicals; full-flake flooring is not maintenance-free.
Compare the complete coating system, not just the material name. Ask which basecoat and topcoat are included, how the concrete will be prepared, how moisture is assessed, and when the floor can return to use. Your proposal should identify the materials recommended for your actual slab.
Vehicle-use timing depends on the chosen products and site conditions. We explain the applicable curing instructions for your project. An installation day and a safe return-to-parking day are not necessarily the same.
Yes. We are accepting estimate requests for our waitlist while our current installation schedule is fully booked. We’ll review your project and follow up about your quote, then contact you when an opening becomes available. A request does not reserve an installation date.
Warranty terms are provided in writing with your selected system and proposal. Review the coverage, exclusions, and care requirements before approving the work; a specific warranty duration is not advertised here.
